Our Carpet Cleaning Process:
Booking
Upon booking your carpet cleaning appointment, you will first receive a confirmation email. Additionally, a second email will be sent, outlining how to prepare for your appointment. Then, on the day of your appointment, you will receive an automated text message notifying you that the technician is on the way.
Arrival
Upon arrival, the technician will ask you for a tour of the areas to be cleaned. While reviewing the areas, the technician will discuss any areas of concern, such as stains, loose or torn carpet, wear…etc. Prior to the start of any cleaning, the technician will address any changes to the estimate based on observations made during the tour.
Cleaning Process
Depending on the circumstances and/or your preference, either hot water extraction (aka steam cleaning) or the low moisture method will be used. Both methods are extremely effective at deep cleaning and removing stains.
Hot Water Extraction (HWE) aka “steam cleaning”
With a truck mounted system, HWE is the traditional carpet cleaning method, but has a somewhat longer dry time (3-4 hours).
Very Low Moisture (aka “VLM”)
VLM is effective, but the cleaning process can to take longer to achieve the desired results. The low moisture process does, however, offer very fast dry times (typically 1 hour).
Regardless of method, the overall process is to pre-treat, agitate (if necessary) and then extract.
